Location: Waikato-based preferred | Casual / Event-based
Time Commitment: 1.5 hrs per market (normally 5.30pm-6.30pm recording time)
Availability: Must be available for weekend events / event is weather dependant

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Capturing short video clips and photos at Bloom Collective markets

• Uploading real-time stories to our Instagram/Tiktok

• Getting vendor content, behind-the-scenes, and capturing the vibe
  

You’ll Need:

• A phone with decent camera quality or your own content gear

• Decent data for on the day uploading

• Confidence creating Instagram/Tiktok content - stories, reels, etc.

• A good eye for visuals and storytelling

• A friendly, professional vibe with vendors and customers

• To work independently with minimal supervision
  

Bonus If You:

• Have or are studying media, marketing, comms, or similar

• Want to build a portfolio - we’re happy to credit/tag where possible

• Are interested in doing more paid work with Bloom between markets
  

This is a paid, contract role. One market at a time.
There may be an opportunity to increase hours as the markets scale.

Hours of Work:

Saturdays from approximately 5.30pm to 6.30pm ish, with occasional additional hours as needed. Specific dates for Bloom Collective are as follows. Times and Dates may require flexibility on some occasions, eg weather cancellations. Please only apply if you can attend these dates:

• 11th October

• 8th November (Xmas market - may require longer hours)

• 13th December

2026

• 10th January 

• 14th February 

• 14th March

• 11th April (Easter Market)

Compensation:

Pay rate is dependent on experience, on a contractor's agreement and will be processed following New Zealand employment standards. Alternatively, if you're self-employed, we’re happy to arrange a suitable contract and pay via invoice.
